FAQ
Limousines Nashville
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. However, there are cutoff dates for when each can be accepted for your run. We accept checks up to two weeks before the pick up date, credit cards up to twenty four hours before the pick up time, and cash at pick up. We CANNOT accept credit cards at the pick up location. If you would like more details about this policy, please contact our booking specialists.
Do we have to stay in Nashville?
No. It is your day, and we will take you wherever you want to go. Unlimited stops and miles (within reason) are included in your hourly rate, so don't worry about piling up extra fees throughout the night. Please keep in mind that if your pick up or drop off is outside of our local service area, you may incur an additional fuel surcharge. If this is the case, we will include it in your quote.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes, we will do our very best to get you on the party bus or limousine that you prefer. Keep in mind that that our vehicles are first come first serve, so book early to ensure that you can reserve the one that you had in mind. Also, while we do everything in our power to keep our vehicles running perfectly, sometimes things do go wrong at the last minute. We will never send you a party bus or limo that is having problems, so if this is the case, we will send you a similar vehicle that is the same size or larger than the vehicle that you requested. We will call you as soon as we know of the issue. We guarantee transportation and will never leave you hanging.
Do I have to be 21 or older to ride a party bus?
No. Anybody can ride. However, you may not have alcohol on the vehicle if you or your guests are under 21. We want you to have fun, but we cannot break the law.
Does it cost more to stay out longer?
You are charged a set hourly rate for as long as you are out on the road. If you exceed the hours already agreed upon and paid for you will simply pay your overages in cash to the driver at the same hourly rate you have already been paying for your trip. Where it does slightly differ is that we break it down into 15 minute intervals so that rather than paying by the hour your hourly rate will be broken up into 15 minute intervals.
